Twyna (Touch With Your Noodly Appendage) is an open source distribution system to install and manage your machines. Twyna was designed to run on Ubuntu and has a special focus on non-desktop PCs like embedded systems and wireless nodes.

Twyna has been seperated into two systems early on, one to ease the use of PXE booting to allow system administrators to install operating systems, run diagnostics, make hard disk backups or restore backups, and one to manage applications on running machines and do some power management. The first system is currently nearing completion, the second still has a long way to go. Keep an eye on the Home page for updates.
